Press has been a victim of dictators both civil and military for the last 50 odd years. Every single ruler claims to be a champion of freedom of speech and custodian of liberties, but in realities all of them cause more damage than one can think off.

    I agree with you Gul Farina… Press has never enjoyed complete freedom in pakistan. The latest abduction of Dilawar Khan Wazir implicitly meanifests this scary trend.
